While I grew up in Palmerston North, I have travelled and lived in many places in New Zealand, the US, and Europe. My last port of call was several years in Nelson, where I enjoyed deepening into community, living in the Maitai Valley, traversing the local hills and Mt Arthur. In late 2020 I felt called to move to Tauranga and have been living in the area since. I now live in the Lower Kaimais, close to Omanawa Falls and McLaren Falls, overlooking a lush bush-clad valley.

Growing up, I was sensitive to nature, often found fossicking in the undergrowth, attempting to save injured animals, and hanging out under green canopies. Over the years, I have learned to quieten my mind so I can commune with trees and animals.

My chakra began popping open in my late teens. I did not know what was happening, so went looking for those who might know. Along the way I trained in mediumship, hands on healing and learned how to connect with land energies.

As my understanding and awareness deepened, I studied and certified in various modalities. Combined with my strong intuition, I now offer some of these individually, and others I combine to provide sessions that are specifically tailored to each client’s needs.

When providing services, I meet a person half way, holding space and facilitating the shifts they are ready to make in a calm, focused, down-to-earth way.
