    • Our booking system, TidyCal, uses cookies during booking and links booked slots to our Apple Calendar.

    • Online payments are processed by Stripe.
    • Embedded YouTube videos only set cookies if you play the video.

    • Forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam.

    • Client intake forms are handled by Deftform.

    • Newsletter signups are managed by SendFox.

    • Contact forms and supporting information is provided by Contact Button.
    • Testimonials are embedded from Google Business.
    • Our main social media account is the Facebook Serene Balance business page.

  • NZ customers may pay by bank transfer. We use Kiwibank.

  • We do not provide EFTPOS payments.
